Over the past 18 months, Tech Bloc’s Chief Talent Officer, Dax Moreno, has worked tirelessly with his team in serving one of the fundamental principles that Tech Bloc was founded on – to attract and retain top talent to San Antonio.  

After many, many hours of conversation with both individuals and employers, it was clear that the effort would need to be scaled from a single role and into a program with more reach & impact.
