The Responsibilities

  • Live at the intersection of creativity and strategy.
  • They understand the partners’ goals and collaborate with the Digital Marketer on their Tribe to establish a creative direction on the internet, bolster awareness, attract interest, and drive engagement for the brands they serve.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our partners’ unique content marketing strategy.
  • They are the delighter of the Tribes they help build and are epic with words.
  • Create engaging and original blog posts, email content, and social media campaign content targeted to their audience(s) and based on current trends.
  • Craft interesting and well-researched content that drives brand advocacy through engagement, follower-ship, traffic, and conversion.
  • Exemplary writers – create clear, concise, well-polished copy that is consistent with our partners’ unique tone of voice and mission.
  • Work closely with business owners, CEOs, and Marketing Execs to create effective communications strategies that articulate a product/service’s key points of differentiation to establish a competitive advantage in the market
  • Interact with digital marketers, web and graphic designers to create and review all content & ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor and track KPIs in collaboration with Digital Marketer(s)
  • At times, engage as the main point of contact and demonstrate ownership of assigned partner relationships.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications
  • Experience in SEO and inbound marketing tactics
  • Experience with paid ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to service multiple projects/accounts simultaneously at a high level
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive autonomously
  • Natural problem-solver with the ability to use context for good judgment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a mastery of zooming in, to execute daily needs, and zooming out, to measure if our efforts are successful
